Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3716) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 135(JUD) am                                                              
     "An Act relating to municipal fees for certain police protection                               
     services and to a tenant's activities that result in the imposition of

amendment to CSHB 135(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
